Who is Jin Shin Jyutsu for?
Jin Shin Jyutsu would suit anybody who'd enjoy an opportunity to deeply relax and let go as the practitioner
works gently with their body, increasing its self-healing capacity.
It can often help dis-ease in the body that other approaches haven't been able to shift.
Due to its gentle, harmonising non-invasive nature, there are no contra-indications to treatment– anybody
regardless of age and condition can benefit.
Sessions are given through loose clothing with the recipient lying on a comfortable raised treatment couch. They
usually last 40-60 minutes.
People find they get most benefit from a short course of sessions.
